HOW TO ORDER

  1. Select desired quantity
    Quick Tip: count households, not headcount, and include extras for keepsakes, photography, and returns in the mail.
  2. Click "Personalize" and fill out order form and then click "Add to Cart"
  3. Proceed through checkout and we will begin designing the following business day.
  4. Once you order (or before) send me a message through the Chat Box to establish contact. I'll message you back with the first proofs or if I have any questions. You will receive an email when I reply so be sure to enter a valid email that you frequently check.

PROOFING

CHAT BOX: All proofs and communication will be sent through the website’s chat box. You’ll receive and email whenever I send a message. Just click the link to bring up the chat. Be sure to register with an email you check! (I promise not to spam you with emails). Emails will remain order specific or only when you have a new unread message.

Once we receive your order we will begin working on your proofs. Proofs will be sent through the chat as soon as they are ready, typically in 2-3 business days. If your order includes a new venue illustration, then add at least 3 weeks to the design timeline and your first proof will be created upon completion of your artwork.

Customer is responsible for proof reading all text for content and typos. REVIEW YOUR PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY! We recommend you have at least one other person review the information for you. The graphic editing software used to create these cards does not have spell check and typos can occur. HALOdesignsSHOP is not responsible for any printed typos that are on final proofs approved by you, regardless of where the typo originated. Reprints for typos and mistakes that appeared on the approved proofs will be subject to reprint fees. 

Your order includes two rounds of revisions (3 proofs).  Additional proofs may be purchased for $15 per round, billed separately.   

All proofs will include an 1/8” bleed along all edges that will be trimmed off after printing.

Your production timeline begins upon final approval of your design (and receipt of your address list if we are printing your envelopes).

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

  1. Your items will be released into production after you approve the proofs and submit your address list, if you have added address printing.
  2. Orders will ship to you upon completion of all items in the order.

The production timeline depends on the paper ordered and any add-ons.

120lb Cover: 1 week from proof approval and receipt of address list, if added.

120lb Torn Edge Cover: 2 weeks from proof approval

240lb Cover: 2 weeks from proof approval

Optional add-ons may increase proof or production timeline.

Once shipped, items typically take 3-8 days to deliver.

Limited rush options are available for an additional fee. If you are concerned about the timeline, please message Jenelle prior to placing an order through the chat box.

ADDRESS PRINTING

Save yourself some time and hassle and add coordinated address printing. Pair it with upgraded color envelopes if you really want to make your save the dates stand out in a stack of mail.

Guest addresses must be entered into our address template for accurate envelope address printing. Below is a link to our template. Once completed, upload the EXCEL file (no PDFs) through the chat.

Please be sure it is complete and proofread by at least one other person before sending it back to me.  If you'd like to follow traditional wedding etiquette, then be sure to write out the full state names rather than the abbreviations. There are also some helpful tips at the top and samples below so be sure to read those and let me know if you have any questions.

Please note that any changes to the list once it has been sent to me may incur a new $20 set up fee to edit and re-link a new list. Any reprints or additional addresses added after your envelopes have already printed will be subject to the $35 print minimum, plus any applicable envelope and shipping costs. 

To ensure there are no issues with the USPS sorting machines, no delivery delays, and proper printing, all names and addresses will be printed in block font.  We do not offer script addressing.  The "kindly deliver to" as shown in the samples may be removed or changed to another short phrase like "you're invited," "thank you," "merry Christmas," etc.

If the Black or Grey ink is chosen, the opacity will be adjusted to coordinate with the text on the cards.  Color ink is currently only available on white envelopes.  While it makes no difference for most post offices, some post offices require additional time to process envelopes with white ink addressing.
