1. Browse the site and select the items you would like to order and proceed to checkout. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message with any questions prior to ordering. I’m here to make this process as easy for you as possible!
2. Send me your information through the chat box
3. I will send you back proofs as soon as they are ready
4. Items are released to production after you give final approval
5. Items are shipped to you once production is finished

CHAT BOX: All proofs and ommunication will be sent through the website’s chat box. You’ll receive and email whenever I send a message and you’re not online. Just click the link to bring up the chat. Be sure to register with an email you check! (I promise not to spam you with
monthly or quarterly emails). Emails will remain order specific or only when you have a new unread message.

Once we receive your order and all your text details (though the chat box), your order will be added to our queue. Proofs will be sent through the chat as soon as they are ready, typically in 2-3 business days. If your order includes a new venue illustration, then add at least 3 weeks to the design timeline and your first proof will be created upon completion of your artwork.

Your production timeline begins upon final approval of your design (and receipt of your address list if we are printing your envelopes).

Once payment is made, below is a generic list of details I'll need to get started on your proofs. This information can be sent to me through the Chat.

1. Font choice - send us a screenshot of the listing that shows the font you like best and let us know if you have a preferred color choice for the text
2. First & Last Names of couple
3. Wedding date
4. Ceremony location (city and state)
5. Wedding website, if you have one
6. Envelope color choice, if you have chosen to upgrade the envelopes

The production timeline depends on the paper ordered and any add-ons. Your order will ship following the completion of your printed items.

120lb Torn Edge Cover: 2 weeks
from proof approval

240lb Cover: 2 weeks from proof
approval

Optional add-ons may increase proof or
production timeline.

Customer is responsible for proof reading all text to ensure there are no typos. REVIEW YOUR PROOFS VERY
CAREFULLY! We recommend you have at least one other person review the information for you. The graphic editing software used to create these cards does not have spell check and typos can occur. HALOdesignsSHOP is not be
responsible for any printed typos that are on final proofs approved by customers, regardless of where the typo originated. Reprints for typos and mistakes that appeared on the proofs that were approved will be subject to reprint fees. 

Your order includes two rounds of revisions (3 proofs).  Additional proofs may be purchased for $15 per round, billed separately.   

All proofs will include an 1/8” bleed along all edges that will be trimmed off after printing.
