If adding new artwork:

1. Upload all reference photos needed before adding this item to your cart (see second image for samples)
2. Note: Reference photos that are taken straight-on of your locations yield best results. We are not fans of aerial images because the features get too small for use to paint them well and we end up losing a lot of the beautiful details.

Existing Maps: If you are ordering an existing design, there is no change to the production timeline quoted for the invitations.

Maps with New Art: Our queue for new watercolors is usually 3-5 weeks.  This means it would be 3-5 weeks before I send the first proofs. Keep in mind this queue is regularly changing and can get longer based on the amount of orders received. Once the artwork is finished, the production timeline will match what's quoted for your invitations. This is in addition to the production timeline quoted for your invitations.

Rush options are very limited and cost an extra $75.

• This MUST be ordered with invitations. Any orders received that are not accompanied with a print order will be cancelled.  
• Illustrations are to be used exclusively on prints ordered through HaloDesignsShop.
• We will not paint any images based on someone else's illustration, so please only upload photographs.
• In an effort create something truly special exclusively for our clients, and to protect our work, we do not offer any digital files. 
• We retain all rights to the art and it may eventually be added to our shop library after your items have shipped.
